My daughter had a rocky start to her driving journey with an instructor who was not very patient, was critical and who would shout! Cheryl was a breath of fresh air - kind, patient, informative and knowledgeable- my daughter was soon a confident learner who was eager to practice and looked forward to her lessons and no longer dreaded them.
